We had the opportunity to work with a diverse set of businesses in the first quarter of 2022. Here are some highlights:
South Okanagan based brewery
After having a terrible time with both their insurer and agency, we were able to bring clarity to staff of multiple classes and locations. We worked collaboratively to improve on their plan design and contain costs, all while working to enhance the experience for both employees and plan administrators. A how-to video on accessing plan materials online was well received.
South Okanagan based pizzeria
Conducted a market survey of insurers, helped build a plan design that suited their budget, and implemented a benefits plan that co-ordinated with their payroll provider. Provided strategic advice on the eligibility of certain levels of staff.
Penticton based electric motor service & sales
A long established company sought to implement a benefits plan for the first time. Prepared an above average range of proposals, and competed with an association style plan. Provided guidance on the differences between pooled and experience based plans.
Kelowna based web design & marketing agency
Surveyed multiple providers, and assisted a small group in implementing a cost efficient plan that met their plan design needs & wants.
Okanagan based software company
Prepared various alternative proposals, as we worked together to fine tune the best plan design for a group with employees in multiple provinces.
Summerland based retailer
Provided an extensive range of proposals, and adjusted based on employee and owner feedback. Helped navigate eligibility of dependents, ensuring onboarding experience was streamlined.
Okanagan based timber retailer
Despite having received multiple proposals, this group chose Chambers Plan after demoing the range of value add services included in plans. Successfully designed cost efficient benefits, and navigated them through enrolling all employees online.
