South Okanagan based dental office
Seeking to implement a benefits plan for the first time, we surveyed multiple providers to satisfy a unique plan design desire for this group. Complete onboarding was done electronically with ease.
Penticton & Merritt based non-profits
This quarter we aided three non-profits in implementing guaranteed coverage for their one key employee. Firms are walked through the guaranteed options, and given the option to apply for more enhanced plan designs through health statements. Two of these groups did so successfully.
South Okanagan custom home builder
A rigid plan design, no claims reporting, and frustrating service from their agency led this group to seek coverage elsewhere. We prepared a wide range of plan variations, guided well thought out changes, and set them up for future success through a model that better fit their number of employees. Carefully guided the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and rewarding transition.
South Okanagan based heavy metal transporter
Surveyed multiple providers, and assisted this group in implementing a cost efficient plan that met their plan design needs & wants.
Naramata based winery
Surveyed multiple providers, and provided plan design guidance as this winery implemented a plan for the first time. Guided them in balancing their need for premiums that suited their budget, while also being mindful of a desire for long term rate stability.
BC Interior based food service locations
Guided two business partners in setting up a plan for their multiple franchise locations. Provided key insight in to employee eligibility, and adapted to their plan design requests.
Summerland based child care centre
Having received a quote from a generalist financial planner, this group required more specialized support. Built a plan design to match their needs with a specific focus on mental health supports.
Summerland based pizzeria
Implemented a differentiated plan design for owners and employees. Added a welcome dimension to this businesses recruitment strategy.
